Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our team in delivering high-quality marketing and advertising projects to our clients. The Project Coordinator will assist in organizing campaigns, tracking progress, providing deliverables to clients, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, an eagerness to learn, and a passion for the creative and fast-paced world of agency life.

Key Responsibilities

• Support our Client Relations team in planning and executing marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate schedules, tasks, and deadlines across design, content, digital, and media teams.
• Track project progress, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Assist with client communications by preparing agendas, notes, timelines, and status updates.
• Maintain project management tools and systems (e.g., Slack, Click-up, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
• Help manage budgets and vendor communications as needed.
• Proofread deliverables and ensure quality standards are met before client delivery.
• Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively suggest solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or relevant experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, marketing support, or related role (agency experience preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new software and using project management tools.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Pay: $40,658.75 - $57,395.48 per year
