Smart Labor Management (SLM) is growing, and we’re looking for a high-performing Account Manager to take ownership of client accounts and drive operational success across active jobsites.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of client relationships, workforce coordination, and financial performance—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, execution-focused environments.
What You’ll Do
• Own and manage day-to-day client relationships
• Coordinate labor across multiple jobsites to meet demand
• Ensure accurate time tracking (hours, cost codes, ST/OT)
• Review billing data and resolve discrepancies
• Proactively solve problems and keep projects running smoothly
• Identify opportunities to grow and expand accounts
What We’re Looking For
• 2 years in account management, operations, or staffing
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Proficiency in Excel and data-driven environments
Preferred:
