Job Description:-
- Experience: 15 years in Healthcare Payer / PBM data architecture, with proven leadership of enterprise-scale data modernization and cloud migration programs Overview Drive strategic growth within our payer accounts by leading enterprise data modernization, cloud migration, and analytics initiatives.
- This client-facing Principal Consultant will combine deep healthcare payer domain expertise with hands-on data architecture, solution design, and program leadership to position Hexaware as a trusted advisor to enterprise data teams and strategic programs. Core responsibilities
- Act as technical and strategic lead for large, multi-project enterprise data programs; advise C-suite and enterprise data leaders on data strategy and roadmaps.
- Translate payer business and regulatory priorities (risk adjustment, STAR/HEDIS, Medicaid/Medicare, payment integrity) into pragmatic data solutions.
- Define and evangelize reference architectures and principles for cloud-native data platforms (Lakehouse, data mesh), metadata, lineage, security, and MDM.
- Architect target-state data models and migration approaches for data lake / data warehouse consolidation and cloud migration.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate vendors to deliver scalable ingestion, transformation, streaming, and reporting solutions for claims, enrollment, provider, clinical, and Rx data.
- Implement data governance, cataloging, observability, and data quality frameworks; ensure HIPAA/PHI/PII controls and regulatory compliance.
