Role Summary:
We are actively hiring for two senior-level Workday Financials roles to support large-scale implementations and ongoing enhancement projects.
🧩 Open Roles
✅ 1. Workday Financials Solution Architect
- 7 years of Workday Financials experience
- Strong expertise in end-to-end implementations architecture
- Lead client discussions, solution design, and strategic roadmap
- Deep knowledge in modules like:
- Accounting, Banking, Cash Management, Budgets
- Receivables & Projects (PSA – Mandatory)
✅ 2. Workday Sr Financials Functional Consultant
- 5 years of Workday Financials experience
- Strong in configuration, support & enhancements
- Hands-on experience in:
- Accounting, Expenses, Receivables, Projects (PSA mandatory)
- Experience in post-production support & client-facing roles.
✅ Core Skills (Both Roles)
- Strong understanding of Workday Business Process, Reporting & Security
- Experience in implementation support projects
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping & best-practice configuration
- Strong experience in client handling & stakeholder management
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Workday Financials modules in production
- Drive implementation, configuration & process improvements
- Lead requirement gathering sessions & solution design discussions
- Handle incident management, RCA & client support requests
- Provide Workday best practices & strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with delivery teams and mentor junior consultants
