Role: UX Designer (Mid‑Level)
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Type: Full time
We’re looking for a UX Designer to help craft intuitive, accessible, and high‑quality digital experiences across our product portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Design user‑centered experiences across all UX phases
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs in Figma
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Research
- Apply Design System standards and best practices
- Ensure designs meet accessibility (ADA/WCAG) standards
- Participate in UX reviews and support implementation
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to UX best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years UX design experience
- Experience on enterprise‑scale or complex products
- Strong Figma and design system experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
Nice to Have
- Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision
- UX testing exposure
- Experience contributing to UX communities.
