πΉ Required Skills:
- Desktop Support / IT Support experience
- Hands-on experience with Tanium
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience supporting Windows environments
- ITIL certification preferred
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vulnerability remediation on desktops, laptops, and endpoint devices
- Utilize Tanium and PowerShell to identify, troubleshoot, and remediate security vulnerabilities
- Support ongoing network and device integration initiatives
- Work closely with ITSS Field Services teams to resolve security and compliance issues
- Document remediation activities and maintain accurate records
- Provide technical troubleshooting and end-user support as needed
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot and M365 tools to support collaboration and IT service operations
