What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solutions Architect - Java development, AWS Ec2 and Kafka position at Smart IT Frame LLC?
Note: Only locals in Irvine, CA (3 – 5 days onsite/week) and F2F
Experience Level: 15 years
- Design and develop high performance scalable and secure cloud-based applications using JAVA and AWS services.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define design and deliver new features and enhancements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
- 8 plus years of experience in JAVA development.
- 5 plus years of experience with AWS services including EC2 S3 RDS Lambda and more.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and best practices.
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization Docker Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or similar certification.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools CICD Jenkins Git.
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python or Go.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL NoSQL and data warehousing solutions
