Job Title: Snowflake Platform Administrator
Location: Raritan, NJ (Onsite)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Snowflake Platform Administrator to manage and support the Snowflake data platform. The role will be responsible for platform administration, security, user/role management, performance optimization, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Snowflake accounts, users, roles, warehouses, databases, and security.
- Manage RBAC, access controls, SSO, and data security policies.
- Monitor Snowflake performance, usage, and costs; optimize warehouses and queries.
- Support data loading, integrations, and connectivity with cloud/data tools.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with engineering and application teams.
- Implement backup, recovery, governance, and platform best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake administration.
- Experience with SQL, RBAC, security, performance tuning, and monitoring.
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP and cloud data platforms.
- Experience with scripting/automation using Python or Shell is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
