Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Healthcare & HEDIS experience to support enterprise healthcare data and quality initiatives.
Core Role Focus
- Senior/Lead Business Analyst in Healthcare Analytics
- Strong data-centric BA role with ownership of end‑to‑end requirements
- HEDIS & Quality reporting exposure is a big differentiator
- Heavy healthcare data exchange & interoperability involvement
Must‑Have Skills
- Business Analysis (end-to-end requirements, discovery, stakeholder management)
- Healthcare domain
- HL7 protocols: FHIR, CCD, ADT
- SQL (hands-on analysis, validation, troubleshooting)
- Databricks
- Data validation, QA support
- Requirements documentation (BRD, FRD, S2T mappings, business rules)
- Hybrid onsite availability (Philadelphia)
Nice-to-Have / Value Adds
- HEDIS & Quality Measures
- Payer-side analytics
- Experience mentoring junior BAs
- Exposure to healthcare regulatory/compliance reporting
