Core Focus: Generative AI architecture in regulated banking
Nature: Architecture platform design governance (not model training only)
Role Summary:
A Senior Generative AI Architect who designs and governs enterprise‑grade GenAI solutions in a banking environment, covering LLMs, AI platforms, data integration, security, compliance, and MLOps, and can clearly articulate trade‑offs to business and risk stakeholders.
This is architecture banking governance, not experimentation.
🔴 MUST‑HAVE
- Generative AI / LLM architecture
- Experience with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / AWS Bedrock / Anthropic
- Banking / Financial Services domain
- Enterprise security, privacy, and governance awareness
- Ability to design end‑to‑end AI solutions (data → model → app → ops)
🟡 STRONG PLUS
- Prompt engineering & RAG patterns
- Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, OpenSearch, pgvector)
- MLOps / Model lifecycle management
- Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)
⚪ NICE TO HAVE
- Fraud, risk, AML, or customer analytics use cases
- Integration with core banking / data platforms
✅ Qualifications:
- 10–15 years IT experience
- Recent GenAI / LLM architecture work
- Banking / Financial Services background
- Experience designing:
- RAG‑based solutions
- Secure AI APIs
- Enterprise AI platforms
- Strong documentation & stakeholder communication
- Comfortable working hybrid in Cleveland, OH
