Duration: Contract
Job Description:
Strong troubleshooting skills in complex electronic trading environment.
Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Establish high level of quality for production systems.
Ability to see the issue through to resolution even if final fix doesn’t lie with support team.
Candidate Must-Have Skills:
Experience with ION Trading system and latest versions.
Exposure to dealing with Traders and support the system.
Used to working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience of working with Rates, Credit & SSA desks using ION MarketView or any other inhouse applications Knowledge of PXE, Refdata, D2D, D2C and Axes&Runz is desirable.
