Responsibilities
Strong understanding of P and C industry and solutions with more than 5 years of experience in Duck Creek Policy - Configuration and Support Experience.
Must have technical knowledge of overall Duckcreek suite including Policy Billing Claims Insights and distribution management to lead integration
Must have detailed understanding on Duckcreek Architecture Data Model UI design processes and events
Requires good analytical skills on troubleshooting the Incidents Defects etc.
Strong knowledge in Duck Creek Debugging experience (Trace Monitor Debugging tools)
Working experience in personal lines (Auto Home) Duck Creek Implementation / Support
Expertise in OnPrem and DCOD implementation data migration and upgrades
Experience in integrating Duckcreek product with inhouse systems and third-party systems
Knowledge of Duckcreek product including architecture data model components modules and extensions
Defines how the components of the applications relate to each other and how the new or existing systems will support the business need
Provides that the application components align with the application architecture and meet application performance specifications
Identifies and addresses any application and data issues that affect application integrity
Identifies and communicates any cross-area or cross-release issues that may affect other project areas
Experience of working closely with Duck Creek and raising SNOW tickets for base issues
Duck Creek Consultant
- Over 9 years of overall IT experience with over 6 years of Duck Creek Policy Configuration, and Support experience. Any Upgrade experience will be a value addition. Working experience in personal lines (Auto, Home) Duck Creek Implementation / Support Expertise in OnPrem and DCOD implementation, data migration, and upgrades Provide guidance to functional, technical, and quality teams on Duck Creek for faster resolution of Incidents, Problem management and critical issue fixes Up to date with latest Duck Creek architecture changes like PAD, DCOD standards, AMIs, Anywhere APIs etc. Requires good analytical skills on troubleshooting the Incidents, Defects, etc., Hands-on experience of implementing inheritance model, Manuscript data model, product versioning. Experience in on-premises and OnDemand policy implementation Integration experience with Duck Creek through integration framework, Anywhere API Hands-on experience in Express 3, Rating, Forms, Use Administration, Day 2 transactions setup, batches. Good understanding about onDemand environment, pipeline, and active delivery enablement Experience of working closely with Duck Creek and raising SNOW tickets for base issues Experience with the Billing and Claims configuration knowledge, Data Insight, producer, policy holder will be added advantage. Develop reusable Duck Creek solution collaterals and points of view to improve client mindshare.
