- Hourly Rate: $34/HR
- OT/Holiday Rate: $44/HR
- Weekly Gross: $1224 based on 36 hours
Job Description
Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC) is seeking experienced Dialysis Technicians to join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals providing high-quality renal dialysis care across multiple clinic locations in the greater Seattle area. Patient care is the top priority, with a strong focus on safety, compassion, and clinical excellence.
This is a chronic, in-center dialysis position supporting dialysis patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care for renal dialysis patients following facility protocols
- Prepare dialysis machines and treatment stations before patient treatments
- Monitor patients during dialysis procedures and report changes in patient condition
- Ensure proper infection control and patient safety standards are maintained
- Maintain accurate patient treatment documentation and records
- Assist with patient comfort and education during treatments
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses and healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care
- Perform equipment cleaning, maintenance checks, and supply preparation
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Current CHT or CCHT Certification required
- Current Washington State MA-HT Certification required or ability to obtain
- Current CPR/BLS Certification through American Heart Association required
- Previous dialysis experience required
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Ability to work both AM and PM shifts as scheduled
