Job description
- We are seeking a Connected Worker professional to support deployment operations and lifecycle management of frontline digital technologies across industrial and OT environments .
- The role focuses on mobile device management user enablement field support and compliance ensuring seamless adoption of Connected Worker solutions.
- Strong experience in Intune mobile platforms iOS Android and field IT support is essential along with exposure to industrial environments and safety driven operations.
High Level Scope
- Provide L1 L2 support for Connected Worker devices and applications across field locations.
- Handle provisioning and deprovisioning of mobile devices and user access.
- Perform device configuration enrollment and compliance monitoring using Intune and enterprise MDM platforms.
- Deploy and support industrialrugged devices used in hazardous and frontline environments.
- Conduct system monitoring and ensure adherence to performance usability and security standards.
- Provide onsite user training and enablement for frontline workers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve device application and connectivity issues in field environments.
- Maintain device inventory deployment records and support logs.
- Track adoption usage metrics and performance trends provide reporting insights.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulatory and audit requirements.
