Required Skills
- Experience in inpatient pharmacy operations, in an acute hospital setting. Experience in directly managing pharmacy staff Working in a multi-disciplinary work environment including hospital and physician staff Experience with developing, implementing and updating clinical workflows
Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills
- Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 residency Experience in working in a Union environment Experience in working with Critical Care/ICU, Med-Surg, Infusion and Emergency Room/Urgent Care Experience with hospital expansion efforts
Years of Experience: 5yrs of experience as a Pharmacist 2yrs of managing operational/project budgets 3yrs in a leadership role with direct reports (having a solid line of reporting and having the ability to hire/fire)
Industry Experience: inpatient pharmacy, specifically in an acute hospital setting
Education Requirements: Doctorate of Pharmacy degree or equivalent
