Smart Insurance in Odessa, TX is looking to add a licensed or non licensed Insurance Agent to our team.
Payment starting at $17/ hour commissions. If you don’t have a license Smart Insurance will pay for your licensing. If licensed then we start you at $20 / hour commissions
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Clerical duties of selling and processing new business and servicing existing business in the agency and answering questions from clients and prospects.
Requirements :
BILINGUAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH)
Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis
What do we offer?
We offer a competitive hourly wage additional commission for any sold policy.
We offer the proper training on products and in sales techniques.
Office work hours are between 9am to 6pm weekdays and 10am to 3pm on Saturdays, the new team member must be available during these hours.

Salary: From $17.00 to $20.00 per hour plus commission
