Pay Range: $18–$25/hr (Based on Experience)
Are you a carpenter who takes pride in precision? Smart Inc. is expanding, and we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team. We have openings for Apprentice, Journeyman, Finish, and Lead Carpenters who are skilled in fabricating and installing high-quality structural materials.
What You’ll Do:
- Precision Installation: Build, maintain, and repair a diverse range of structures and fixtures.
- Custom Fabrication: Shape and modify materials to meet exact project specifications, including cabinetry, doors, and custom woodwork.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and execute plans from blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Lead by Example: (For Lead roles) Oversee site safety, tool maintenance, and crew coordination to ensure a hazard-free, efficient workspace.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 2 years of professional carpentry or a completed apprenticeship.
- The Essentials: Proficiency with hand, air, and power tools. Must have your own tools, including an impact driver.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable working at heights on ladders or scaffolding.
- Communication: Strong English skills (written/verbal) to coordinate effectively with the team.

We work primarily in the themed industry and provide services such as product installations, coaster modifications, repairs, and maintenance, themed items including scenic art work, carpentry including new product mock-ups, structural fiberglass repairs, installation teams, low voltage wiring installation and maintenance, commercial cabinetry and specialty pieces including custom wood windows, trim carpentry, metal fabrication including welding and field repairs and maintenance.
