Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver / Homemaker to assist clients with daily living activities and household tasks in their homes. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment while assisting with personal care needs.
Homemaker Duties
- Perform floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming)
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness (wiping surfaces, organizing)
- Take out trash regularly
- Assist with meal preparation and menu planning
- Wash dishes (dishwashing)
- Make beds and change linens (bed making)
- Perform laundry (washing, drying, folding)
- Assist with grocery shopping and errands
- Perform dusting and general home cleaning
Personal Care Duties
- Assist clients with bathing
- Assist with dressing
- Provide basic skin care support
- Assist with transfers (bed, chair, etc.)
- Support mobility and movement
Additional Support
- Assist with appointment scheduling and reminders
- Help with basic money management tasks (non-medical support only)
- Follow care plans and document completed tasks
- Ensure client safety and report any concerns
Requirements
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, walking)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Good communication skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour
