Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to oversee project management, production operations, quality control, 3PL coordination, and document control. This role ensures efficient execution of production schedules, compliance with quality standards, and seamless communication across internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
Project Management
- Plan, execute, and track production and operational projects from initiation through completion
- Develop timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress against key milestones
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including production, quality, and logistics
Production Oversight
- Manage day-to-day production activities to meet output and efficiency targets
- Optimize workflows, labor utilization, and equipment usage
- Monitor production metrics (throughput, downtime, yield) and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures
Quality Control
- Maintain quality assurance programs and SOPs
- Ensure products meet internal specifications and regulatory requirements
- Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives (e.g., cGMP, FDA where applicable)
3PL (Third-Party Logistics) Coordination
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners including warehousing and distribution providers
- Oversee inventory movement, order fulfillment, and shipping accuracy
- Collaborate on demand planning and inventory control
Document Control
- Maintain and organize controlled documents including SOPs, batch records, and logs
- Ensure proper version control, approvals, and document retention practices
- Support training and compliance by ensuring access to current documentation
- Assist with audit readiness and record traceability
Skills
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility with hands-on assembly line supervision.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Mechanical knowledge related to factory equipment, tools, and machinery operation.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation.
- Strong warehouse experience including inventory management and logistics coordination.
- Ability to read technical drawings, assembly instructions, and mechanical schematics.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices within a manufacturing setting.
