Summary
We are seeking passionate Childcare Teachers and Assistants to work in our AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM at Smart From The Start Childcare in Clifton Heights. In this role, you will play a vital part in the development and education of young children, ensuring they thrive in a supportive and engaging environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning through play.
- Homework help
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and needs.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive atmosphere for all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for children.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in a childcare center.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Experience working with school aged children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
