Your job is simple:

PAY & BENEFITS

• $30–35/hr starting pay, based on experience
• Uncapped monthly bonus, tied to what your crew produces and how well you run it
• $150,000 a year possible for top producers
• Daily bonus dashboard, so you see exactly where you stand every day

Now, let’s be straight. This isn’t for everybody.
We’re looking for elite operators. Here’s what that means:

• You’ve done foundation repair, or you’ve spent years in a trade where you dig all day: excavation, waterproofing, drainage, utilities or concrete.
• You run equipment. Mini-ex, skid steer. You’re good on it, not just “can operate.”
• You lead from the front. Your crew works hard because you do.
• You finish clean. You care what the property looks like when you leave.

If you’d rather be told what to do every hour, this isn’t your job.
If “paid on production” sounds like pressure to you instead of opportunity, this isn’t your job either. And that’s okay.
