  • Ensure website content is accurate, current, engaging, and aligned with business objectives
  • Review published content for accuracy, functionality, formatting, and consistency
  • Support the ongoing maintenance and organization of website content

UX, UI & Website Optimization

  • Evaluate and improve the website's overall user experience (UX) and user interface (UI)
  • Identify opportunities to make website navigation and content more intuitive
  • Apply website optimization best practices to improve usability and engagement
  • Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into website improvements
  • Stay current with emerging web technologies, tools, and digital best practices

Branding & Digital Experience

  • Ensure consistent client branding, messaging, and visual standards across the website
  • Partner with marketing and internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective web content
  • Help maintain a cohesive and professional digital presence across website properties
  • Identify inconsistencies or issues and proactively recommend solutions
  • Ensure website updates align with established brand guidelines and communication standards

Collaboration & Problem Solving

  • Work closely with the client's marketing, business, and technical teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website, content, and functionality issues
  • Investigate problems and determine appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary
  • Manage multiple web projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Communicate project status, issues, and deadlines clearly
  • Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
  • Equivalent years of relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of the required degree
  • 3 years of experience in business, marketing, communications, web content management, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency with web development technologies, including HTML and CSS

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals in a deadline-driven environment
  • Knowledge of website optimization techniques and digital best practices
