Team Lead, Operations
Smart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management, claim routing and workflow solutions to health plans and TPAs, is looking for a Team Lead to join our team!
What you’ll be doing?
- Lead and manage a small team by monitoring daily productivity, completion, quality, and accuracy of work.
- Responsible for assigning team members to work on inventory based on priority (i.e. Certified Mail [UPS, FedEx and USPS Priority, etc.], Regular Mail, and Return Mail).
- Track and report on assigned client inventory daily.
- Ensure the team is achieving assigned clients’ service level agreements (SLAs).
- Be knowledgeable of all SDS client accounts and criteria associated with the accounts.
- Ensure team members adhere to their daily schedule and manage time off requests in ADP.
- Construct and adhere to a proactive and planful approach to time off requests to ensure proper staffing levels are met.
- Communicate staffing shortages or attendance issues to management in a timely manner.
- Hold team members accountable to department and company policies, including but not limited to the attendance policy.
- Responsible for training other team members regarding their job duties, including but not limited to cross training.
- Identify staffing/training needs for team.
- Coordinate with management regarding any issues relating to team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
