Position Summary:
The Safety Support Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace. This position provides administrative and operational support to the safety team, assists with incident reporting, ensures documentation accuracy, and helps coordinate training and compliance activities with all drivers and managers. The role is designed to promote a culture of safety and accountability for drivers operating a company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitors the safety system and applications to ensure employees are following all safety policies and procedures at all times and report any hazards conditions to management team.
· Assist in preparing compliance reports for management.
· Track safety metrics and reporting to management team.
· Serve as a point of contact for driver’s safety inquiries.

Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent

· Detail-oriented, organized and proactive in identifying risks.
· Knowledge of DOT standards and workplace safety practices (preferred)
Shift:
Second and Third Shift – Monday to Friday.
