Position Summary:
The Customer Service and Logistics Specialist ensure seamless coordination between drivers, customers, and internal teams. This role manages inquiries, tracks shipments, and oversees logistics operations to deliver efficient and reliable service.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle customer inquiries regarding shipments, delivery schedules, and transportation issues.
· Provide timely updates and resolve complaints with professionalism.
· Track shipments and confirm delivery status communicating with drivers and using tracking systems.
· Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, claims.
· Prepare reports on deliveries performance and drivers follow up
· Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
· Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pay close attention to detail.
Skills & Qualifications
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience in customer service, logistics-transportation
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
· High School Diploma or GED required.
