Key Responsibilities
- Assist event customers with network and internet connectivity
- Interpret event floor plans and install network infrastructure accordingly
- Set up and test copper and fiberoptic cabling, jumpers, and patch cables
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
- Maintain and restock tools and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support
- Strong interest in technology and a desire to learn
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to help
- Must be able to work on-site; this is not a remote or hybrid position
