This role focuses on high-quality analysis, financial modeling, and reporting, with increasing exposure to senior stakeholders while operating with guidance on priorities and strategy.

Compensation: $120,000-$140,000/year, commensurate with experience bonus potential

The Basics
- Location: HQ Office - Newport Beach, CA (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite)
- In accordance with applicable law, the compensation range listed above reflects our good faith estimate of the expected salary for this role at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Travel: Up to 5%
- Support assigned accounts and campaigns by delivering sales analysis, financial reporting, and performance diagnostics under the guidance of a Lead Analyst or Manager
- Partner with independent sales representatives and internal stakeholders to analyze performance trends and identify opportunities to improve earnings and profitability
- Build and maintain financial models, including pro forma P&Ls, incentive calculations, and scenario analyses to support forecasting and planning efforts
- Conduct structured sales and financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools in Tableau and Excel to track KPIs and support ongoing decision-making
- Validate, reconcile, and manage large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting deliverables
- Prepare clear analytical summaries, presentations, and written insights for leadership, clients, and cross-functional partners
- Collaborate with Lead Analysts on process improvements, documentation, and reporting enhancements
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support team and organizational priorities
- 3–5 years of directly related experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, FP&A, or a related analytical role
- Experience supporting sales teams, franchise models, or distributed business units
- Strong proficiency in Tableau and Excel, including dashboard development and advanced formulas
- Solid analytical skills with experience working with large, complex datasets
- Working knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and operational analysis
- Clear and effective communicator, comfortable presenting insights to managers and senior leaders with support
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and execute with attention to detail
- Interest in process improvement and building scalable analytical solutions
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
