What You'll Do
- Analyze and maintain comprehensive records of client-provided offers, promotions, and pricing initiatives
- Evaluate offer performance across sales channels, competitors, and historical campaigns to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Conduct competitive and marketplace analyses to assess how current client offers compare to industry benchmarks
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or underperforming offers and provide data-backed recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and market positioning
- Translate complex offer, sales, and market data into intuitive Tableau dashboards that enable stakeholders to quickly identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Partner with stakeholders to communicate offer performance, competitive intelligence, and key market trends
- Provide the sales organization with actionable insights on current offers and competitive differentiators to support customer acquisition and retention
- Create analytical summaries, training materials, and resources that enhance understanding of offer value propositions and sales performance drivers
- Monitor market and consumer trends that influence offer competitiveness and sales outcomes
- Support additional analytical and strategic initiatives as needed to achieve organizational goals
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
- Experience designing and building Tableau dashboards from the ground up, including data modeling, calculated fields, parameters, filters, and interactive visualizations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and visualization tools, with experience managing and analyzing large volumes of data
- Experience conducting competitive analysis, performance tracking, and sales or promotional effectiveness assessments
- Ability to challenge assumptions and communicate insights confidently to stakeholders
- Sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability in delivering results
