P&C Account Executive (Insurance Sales)
Boca Raton, FL
At Smart Choice Partners FL, we believe insurance is about relationships, not transactions. We're looking for an Account Executive who is motivated, confident, and enjoys helping clients find the right coverage while building long-term relationships.
Whether you're networking in the community, following up with referrals, or helping someone insure their first home, you will have the support of a team that wants to see you succeed.
Role responsibilities:
• Meeting with new clients and helping them find the right insurance solutions.
• Following up on leads and referrals.
• Building relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Quoting and writing Personal Lines insurance.
• Staying organized and keeping client files up to date.
• Working alongside a team that believes great service and great sales go hand in hand.
We are looking for someone who:
• Enjoys talking with people and building relationships.
• Is self-motivated and enjoys working toward goals.
• Takes ownership and follows through.
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team.
• Holds a Florida 2-20 or 20-44 license.
