Service Technician
Smart Chemical Services, a leading provider in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team in the Pecos, TX area. This role is responsible for chemical treatment of oil wells, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance. The Service Technician plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality products and service while operating safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and accurate chemical treatment of oil wells.
- Manage inventory, delivery logs, and documentation to maintain accuracy and accountability.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Apply knowledge of chemical products, applications, and oil and gas well equipment to meet customer needs.
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in oil and gas operations.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Prior experience working with oil and gas wells.
- Experience operating machinery used in oil and gas operations.
- Understanding of fundamental chemical properties.
- Knowledge of chemical batch treatment processes.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with chemical treatment in the oil industry.
