Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Drill-Out Services to lead the strategic growth, operational execution, and commercial development of our drill-out service division. This leadership role is responsible for expanding market share, strengthening operator relationships, and delivering high-performance drill-out solutions during the completion phase of well operations.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in drill-out operations, completions and drill-out chemicals, and oilfield service business development, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive revenue growth in a competitive market environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction and growth of the drill-out services division.
- Develop and execute plans to expand market share with operators and completion contractors.
- Establish pricing strategies, service offerings, and market positioning.
- Manage division forecasting, revenue planning, and performance tracking.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Drill-Out service providers, E&P operators and completion teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with completion engineers, drilling engineers, and procurement teams.
- Lead the preparation of technical proposals, bid packages, and service agreements.
- Represent the company in operator meetings, field trials, and industry events.
- Coordinate closely with field operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery.
- Ensure personnel, equipment, and chemical supply are properly aligned with operational demand.
- Participate in job planning, field visits, and post-job performance reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.
- Provide expertise on drill-out chemical applications and completion operations.
- Support the development of chemical programs tailored to well conditions and completion strategies.
- Develop case histories and performance documentation based on field results.
- Maintain accountability for the financial performance and profitability of the drill-out service line.
- Monitor revenue, margins, and operational efficiency metrics.
- Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on division performance and market trends.
- Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in oilfield services, with a strong focus on drill-out operations or completion services.
- Proven success in business development, sales, or service line management within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of:

- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
