We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who’s ready to take ownership of complex, high-impact projects and lead them from concept to completion. What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coordinate commercial refrigeration projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines — and keep them on track
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Oversee job sites for progress, quality, and safety
- Support estimating, bidding, and contract negotiation efforts
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales to drive results
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing commercial construction or refrigeration projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (PMP certification a plus)
