About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is a customer-facing engineering role where you will design, validate, and deploy cutting-edge deep learning models and intelligent agents. You will collaborate with stakeholders across technical and business domains, ensuring solutions are impactful, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and validate deep learning models (minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience).
• Build and deploy intelligent agents using frameworks such as Langchain, Langfuse, and Langraph.
• Design and optimize workflows within the Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) ecosystem, including Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Google Agent Space.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives and plant operations managers to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
• Deliver compelling presentations and storytelling to secure buy-in during client-facing project cycles.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–6 years of overall professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
• At least 1.5 years of experience in deep learning model development/validation.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in agent development and deployment.
Technical Skills
• Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Agent Development: Hands-on experience with Langchain, Langfuse, and Langraph.
• Cloud & MLOps: Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform tools, particularly Vertex AI, BigQuery, and related MLOps frameworks.
Soft Skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities to manage expectations and secure stakeholder buy-in.
