Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in NeoLoad to support API, UI, and Mobile Application performance testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing performance testing strategies, executing load and stress tests, analyzing application behavior, and ensuring scalability, stability, and reliability across production-like environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance, load, stress, spike, and endurance tests
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using NeoLoad
- Perform API performance testing for REST and SOAP services
- Conduct UI performance testing for web applications
- Execute mobile application performance testing for Android and iOS platforms
- Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layers
- Collaborate with developers, architects, DevOps, and business teams to resolve performance issues
- Monitor system behavior using application and infrastructure monitoring tools
- Prepare performance testing reports, metrics, and recommendations
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Support capacity planning and production readiness assessments
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Required Skills
Performance Testing
- Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad
- Solid understanding of performance testing methodologies
- Experience with load modeling and workload design
API / UI / Mobile Testing
- Experience in API performance testing using REST and SOAP
- Hands-on experience with web UI performance testing
- Experience testing mobile application performance
- Understanding of client-side and server-side performance metrics
Monitoring & Tools
- Experience with monitoring tools, APM, logs, and metrics analysis
- Knowledge of HTTP protocols, JSON, and XML
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab
- Proficiency with Linux/Unix commands
