"Expertise in Net and API production support experience
Work closely with the Client and other teams such as development and database administration to resolve production-related issues and ensure seamless operation
Use ticketing systems to document and track production issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow up and do RCAs
Experience in working with LinuxUnix
Nice to have experience in the Insurance Banking domain

Expertise in IBM MDM version 11x Advanced Edition product, hands-on implementation, production support experience, 4 years of IBM MDM experience must
Expert in Net and API
Hands-on experience with IBM MDM Customisation using features that include Extension Addition, Business proxies SDP Match Merge Rules, Event Manager Notification
Expert in Java JEE development background with RSA RAD WebSphere MDM Workbench SOAP Web Services XML XSD WSDL
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Provide ongoing production support for the MDM AE environment including troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring performance and ensuring data accuracy
Analyze and resolvefix technical issues related to MDM AE such as data loading problems performance bottlenecks and application errors"
