Role Summary
The Workflow Developer will design and implement end to end risk workflows using Camunda to support Operational Risk and GRC processes across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement Camunda based workflows for:
o RCSA lifecycle
o Issues identification, remediation, and closure
o Incident / loss event management
o Controls testing and approvals
• Model complex approval chains, SLAs, escalations, and exception handling
• Integrate workflows with UI and Snowflake data layers
• Ensure auditability, traceability, and regulatory compliance of workflows
• Collaborate closely with Risk and Compliance stakeholders
Required Skills
• Strong hands on experience with Camunda (BPMN / DMN)
• Experience implementing workflow driven enterprise platforms
• Solid understanding of Operational Risk or GRC processes
• Experience in banking or regulated environments preferred
