Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer with strong knowledge of AEM and UI frameworks to develop, customize, and maintain scalable Adobe Experience Manager solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AEM Sites, Java, Sling Models, OSGi, frontend technologies, and AEM architecture best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.
- Build and customize solutions using:
- AEM Sites
- AEM 6.x
- AEM as a Cloud Service
- Customize AEM functionality based on business and technical requirements.
- Integrate frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with AEM.
- Develop backend services using Java, Sling Models, and OSGi services.
- Ensure seamless content delivery, rendering, and integration between frontend and backend systems.
- Create reusable components and author-friendly templates to support content authors.
- Support content publishing, versioning, and workflows.
- Follow AEM best practices for component development and architecture.
- Work with Dispatcher configuration and optimize AEM application performance.
- Design and implement scalable, reusable, and maintainable AEM solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, business teams, and content authors to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience with AEM Sites, AEM 6.x, and/or AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Sling Models, and OSGi.
- Experience developing AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.
- Strong frontend knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with AEM Dispatcher and performance optimization.
- Understanding of AEM content authoring, publishing, and workflows.
- Knowledge of scalable and reusable AEM architecture.
- Experience working with UI frameworks and frontend/backend integration.
