Job Overview
Smart Cable Tech LLC is seeking skilled, reliable, and experienced Cable Technicians to join our growing team! We are looking for technicians with hands-on experience in cable installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair for Comcast/Xfinity, Spectrum, and fiber-optic services.

Job Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot cable and internet services for Comcast/Xfinity and Spectrum customers
- Perform residential cable installations, service connections, and equipment setups
- Install, repair, and maintain coaxial cable lines, connectors, and related equipment
- Perform fiber-optic installation and service work according to assigned project requirements
- Troubleshoot internet, cable TV, signal, and connectivity issues at customer locations
- Inspect cable lines, connections, and equipment to identify and resolve service problems
- Use installation tools and testing equipment to ensure reliable service
- Complete assigned service calls, installations, and repairs in a timely and professional manner
- Follow safety procedures and company or client installation standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide updates on completed work
- Document completed jobs and report service issues as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in cable installation, telecommunications, or a related technical field
- Hands-on experience with Comcast/Xfinity, Spectrum, and/or fiber-optic installation, depending on project requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Valid Social Security number (SSN)
- Reliable personal work vehicle, such as a minivan, pickup truck, or SUV
- Required cable installation tools and equipment
- Ability to travel to assigned service areas
- Strong troubleshooting skills, dependability, and professionalism
