Smart Brickell Hotel is currently looking for a Front Desk Agent / Concierge to join our hospitality team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent guest experiences, and thriving in a dynamic hotel environment.
As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent plays a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless stay while representing the hospitality standards of our brand.
- Welcome and assist hotel guests with check-in and check-out
- Provide concierge-style service and assist with guest requests
- Handle reservations and manage basic front desk systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve situations professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems
- Availability to work afternoon and weekends
- $17 per hour
- Full-time position
