Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Oak Park, IL, for a Clinical Therapist at Smart Behavior Solutions. As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Key responsibilities include creating treatment plans, performing case management duties, supporting clients’ mental health goals, and collaborating with families to address their specific needs. You will work closely with clients to empower them in tackling personal challenges while fostering positive behavioral changes.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Social Work and Psychology
- Experience in Mental Health and Case Management
- Proficiency in delivering Family Therapy services
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful client relationships
- Licensure in social work, counseling, or psychology (preferred)
- A master’s degree or higher in a relevant field
