We are seeking an energetic and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education, literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
- Create a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and learning through play.
- Manage classroom activities to ensure safety, engagement, and positive behavior management.
- Support children with special education needs and early intervention strategies to foster inclusive learning experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and developmental milestones.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and child welfare standards.
Qualifications
- Prior classroom experience in daycare or preschool settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies.
- Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and literacy education.
- Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention programs.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and engage with children’s families.
- Certification or training in early childhood education or Montessori methods is a plus.
