Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Rehash Call Center Agent to drive outbound calling efforts focused on reconnecting with past customers and previous leads. Your goal: re-engage homeowners, renew interest, and set appointments for our design team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the phone, enjoys relationship-building, and knows how to turn a “maybe later” into a second chance.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to past customers and unsold leads
- Handle inbound calls by qualifying prospects and scheduling in-home appointments
- Use scripts and training reignite interest and schedule follow-up consultations
- Build excitement, establish rapport, and professionally handle objections.
- Communicate product value and current promotions confidently
- Accurately record all interactions and updates in the CRM
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and persuasion skills — confident, friendly, and persistent
- Proven success in outbound calling, rehash, or appointment-setting roles
- Motivated by results and comfortable with performance goals
- Organized and detail-oriented when managing call lists and CRM notes
- Prior call center or inside sales experience required
- Experience with Builder Prime or similar CRMs is a plus

- This is a performance-based position. Steady hourly pay, plus the opportunity to earn unlimited commission based on your performance.

- 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM
