Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems for order processing, sales transactions, and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Manage food safety and sanitation protocols, including proper food handling, cleaning, and bussing tables when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
- Support team members during busy hours by multitasking efficiently in a fast-food environment.
- Uphold the restaurant’s standards for sanitation, safety, and hospitality at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick service or fast-food setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong communication abilities.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
- Experience in cashiering or serving roles within restaurants or retail environments is advantageous.
