Job Summary :
A shift lead is in charge of providing direct supervision to the Squad Members independently along with the management team at Smalls. Shift Leads are expected to work in a fast-paced environment, perform a variety of tests, and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guest and other Squad Members.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deploying squad members based on pre-determined shift schedules
- Monitoring attendance and tardiness during shift
- Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills
- Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary
- Assist with training new and current Squad Members on tasks
- Handling or escalating customer issues and managing conflicts
- Adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards
- Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness and safety of the Can
- Other duties as assigned
