We Offer
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $19.80 - $23.10 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. This role is bonus/and or incentive eligible.

- Sets up and operates 2 small flat wire machines
- Loads wire efficiently and safely using appropriate tools
- Operates all testing equipment including: micrometers, hardness testers, shadowgraphs, etc.
- Completes all data entry transactions in computer for wire data and labeling. Inspects wire quality throughout each step of the set up process
- Reports problems that arise with machines, materials, jobs, or team members; and offers solutions where possible within the scope of the duties of the job
- Prepares raw material for production with high quality and within tolerances
- Provides complete, accurate documentation when required
- Participates in cross departmental work production based on business needs Learns and upholds defined quality standards to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and optimize work efficiency
- Experience working in a manufacturing or related environment
- Mechanical experience including: operation of high speed automatic and semi-automatic equipment
- Set up and adjustment of metal forming processes (stamping, forming, shearing) preferred
- Experience troubleshooting production equipment and ability to identify machine problems preferred
- Experience measuring parts with precision instruments including: micrometers, digital calipers, load testers, etc.
- Pass required exam of basic math and English
