What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member/Cupcake Artist position at Smallcakes A Cupcakery?

Baking or cake decorating experience not needed, but a plus. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a consistently high level of customer service. Candidate must be available weekends. Also, being able to multitask and being detailed oriented are an added bonus. Job duties will be but not limited to the following:
-- Providing high level customer service, always, assisting customers at the front counter, answering questions about our products and suggestive selling. Taking special Orders for cakes and cupcakes.
- Keeping work areas clean, light housekeeping such as sweeping, mopping, windows, and sanitizing kitchen work spaces.
- Light kitchen prep, mixing and measuring frostings and reading simple recipes
- Ability to work flexible schedule. Including weekends
- Be self motivated and have the ability to work with little supervision
Physical Requirements
- The job requires standing, walking, bending, climbing throughout the entire work day and the ability
to lift, stack and maneuver objects; lifting requirements range from 5 to 40 lbs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
