Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baltimore, MD, as a Wealth Management Client Associate. The role involves supporting financial advisors and clients in all aspects of wealth management, including preparing financial plans, managing investment accounts, and coordinating client paperwork. You will provide exceptional client service, conduct financial analysis, and communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure their needs are met. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining records, assisting in client onboarding, and addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Financial Planning and Investments: Knowledge of financial planning processes and principles, as well as experience in managing and analyzing investment portfolios.
- Finance and Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of financial concepts, ability to analyze data, and develop actionable insights to support client goals.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to provide excellent client service and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documentation, data analysis, and client account management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the wealth management or financial services industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
