We are seeking an enthusiastic and skillful Child Care Teacher to join our small team. You will be responsible for creating an environment for children with nurturing and engaging experiences, fostering their development and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of childhood development and classroom management.
As an Infant and Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 3 months to 24 months old.
Key responsibilities include:
- Fostering Development: Encourage physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth through age-appropriate play and activities.
- Lesson Planning: Develop lesson plans and curriculum that promote learning and development.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents about their child's progress and needs.
- Behavior Management: Manage and evaluate children's behavior, and collaborate with parents to address any issues.
- Safety and Environment: Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment, and prepare materials for daily activities.

Requirements:
-High School diploma and at least 18 years of age.
-Pediatric CPR/First Aide certification, or be willing to acquire with 30 days
-Classroom management experience and/or licensed childcare facility experience

- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
-Ability to adapt and be part of a team.

$300 total bonus distributed $100 at 3 weeks, $200 at 45 days.
