Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends!
Small Wonders Discovery & Learning Center is looking for a flexible, dependable, and quick-learning Floater to join our Salem team! Whether you have childcare experience or are just getting started, we’re happy to train the right person. This is a great opportunity to grow in the early childhood field while supporting children of all ages.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Willingness to learn and grow — we will train the right person!
- Dependable, adaptable, and a team player
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Willingness to obtain a CDA within 6 months (support provided)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Lead Teachers in classrooms across multiple age groups
- Support smooth daily transitions and help maintain proper ratios
- Assist with diapering, toileting, handwashing, and classroom routines
- Keep environments safe, clean, and organized
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Follow all center policies, licensing regulations, and confidentiality guidelines
- Participate in required trainings, staff meetings, and classroom support activities
