Job Summary:
As a Handy Man, you will play a crucial role in providing maintenance and repair services to ensure the upkeep and functionality of various facilities. Working under the supervision of a Facilities Manager or Property Owner, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks to maintain a safe and well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical fixtures, and general carpentry work.
- Performing minor fixes such as repairing drywall, painting, and replacing broken appliances.
- Inspecting facilities regularly to identify issues and create proactive solutions.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or management.
- Ensuring all maintenance work is completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with contractors and other professionals for larger projects.
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

Skills:
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
- Experience working in a residential or commercial setting.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.86 - $30.00 per hour
